Position Responsibilities:

  • Executive administrator for partners’ with duties ranging from: managing active email accounts, meeting and travel coordination, participating in weekly meetings to discuss action items
  • Primary point of contact for internal and external relationships on behalf of partners
  • Review incoming invoices and process expense reports
  • Liaison between company and business partner executives, including proactively following up to customer meetings, follow up debrief sessions and coordinating action items
  • Draft written correspondence for internal and external communications
  • Manage internal innovation program including team formation, management updates and coordination of regular meetings for all teams
  • Plan, coordinate and execute local and remote events and meetings
  • Full coordination of annual all company meeting, annual kick-off call and quarterly managers meeting


  • 5-7 years’ experience supporting executive level management
  • Proficient computer skills using relevant software such as the MS Office Suite
  • Exceptional organization and planning abilities
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication
  • Problem analysis and problem solving skills
  • Sense of urgency
  • Work flexibility

  • Ability to handle confidential and non-routine information
