Brady is passionate about his clients, and loves to deliver solutions that enable them to better succeed in their business. He believes he and his team are in a very unique and valuable position because they are enabled by the IBM software and solutions. They get to learn about many different businesses and industries and can pass on all of their collective knowledge to our clients. No day is ever like the last, and no matter how much you think you know about a topic or solution, you learn something new almost every single day.
Brady currently serves as the TM1 Practice Lead for eCapital Advisors. His main responsibilities include architecting and road mapping solutions, providing expertise and oversight on all TM1 Projects, and training and developing his TM1 team of consultants.
Brady has over 16 years working with multidimensional models in the Financial and Operational Management space. He has architected, built, and maintained models including Operational Expense Budgeting (Capex, Expense), Revenue and COGS Forecasting/Budgeting, Salary and Workforce Planning, Sales Analytics, End-to-End Financial Close and Reporting processes, Financial Consolidation models, and Profitability and Pricing solutions.
Prior to joining eCapital Advisors, Brady spent 6 years as Financial Analyst at Anderson Merchandisers where he served as the Cognos Developer and Administrator. He says that his time as a Cognos customer really allows him to relate to his clients that he works with on a daily basis.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Masters of Business Administration from West Texas A&M University. Brady served as the President of the West Texas A&M University Alumni Association in 2013 and still serves on the Board of Directors for his fraternity Alpha Tau Omega.
Brady was born and raised in the Texas panhandle and still lives in Amarillo, TX with his family. On weekends in the fall, you can find Brady tailgating at his Alma Mater with his friends and family, where they always enjoy a little friendly cooking competition putting his brisket and ribs up against the best.
