Responsibilities

  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to help them design and implement financial consolidation and reporting solutions leveraging multiple technologies including, Financial Close and Consolidation Cloud Service (FCCS), Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and OneStream
  • Lead design workshops to define and understand the consolidation and financial reporting business requirements
  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, task lists and design documents to manage the project
  • Hands-on building of the defined application including dimensions, forms, business rules, security, etc.
  • Leverage technology specific toolset to define all data mappings, validation rules and data loads
  • Build the required financial statements
  • Provide information and recommendations around accounting practices and reporting standards including GAAP, IFRS, XBRL, SOX, etc.

eCapital is looking for a strategic leader to develop and expand our consulting services organization. Our consulting organization consists of our Advisory/Transformation, Data & Analytics (D&A) and Performance Management practices.  This resource will have led consulting D&A teams through significant growth and expansion into new geographies, capabilities, and strategic partnerships.

Employee engagement is our top priority at eCapital, it will be important for this Practice Lead to have expertise related to employee engagement and resource development.  A strong background in management consulting, leadership, selling solutions and Data & Analytics will be critical.

This role will work directly with the Partners and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to define the Data & Analytics strategy, expansion opportunities and our operating model as we continue to grow our business.

This role will also work very closely with our VP of Sales and Marketing Director to collaborate on our Go-To-Market strategy, brand updates and sales execution.  This D&A Practice Lead will also partner with other Practice Leads on our delivery approach to further expand our client offerings.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Go to Market

  • Contribute to the company’s growth strategy and align our Data & Analytics (D&A) Go to Market (GTM) initiatives with the broader market opportunity
  • Collaborate with executives and senior leaders at our strategic technology vendors to ensure strong and effective partnerships
  • Foster highly effective working relationships between the Consulting, Sales and Client Success teams to drive a world-class customer experience
  • Create necessary business/operating models and growth plans for our new and emerging practices
  • Assist with strategic plans, budgets, forecasts and reporting to provide visibility and accountability of the D&A team performance against KPI’s and targets

Leadership

  • Manage and oversee the delivery of D&A professional services promoting trusted partnerships with our clients and exceptional customer experience
