Open Positions

Responsibilities:

  • Complete semi-monthly customer invoicing (includes setting up projects in NetSuite, generating invoices, sending for internal approval, and distributing to customers)
  • Send past due invoice notices
  • Record and apply customer payments
  • Enter vendor invoices and prepare weekly payables report
  • Review employee expense reports
  • Assist with month-end close process, including bank, credit card, and account reconciliations and journal entries
  • Update Wage Theft Forms for all full-time employees after performance reviews annually and on an as needed basis throughout the year

Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience working in accounting and/or finance
  • Exposure to ERP systems, specifically NetSuite
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Hands on experience working with general ledgers preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other eCapital Data Science consultants to collectively implement innovative solutions for customers
  • Participate in business requirements meetings with executive sponsors and business leaders
  • Assist with the development of project plans and provide project management with project status updates
  • Participate in the design and development of Business Analytics and/or Data Science Solutions
  • Identify and develop required data interfaces with existing G/L, ERP, and other source systems
  • Provide the appropriate user and technical documentation
  • Assist with sales opportunities by building custom solution demos or “proof of concept”

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Statistics, Data Science, MIS, or Computer Science (we would consider applicants that have other degrees that have demonstrated out of school aptitude for data science)
  • Self-starter with ability to work on projects with minimum supervision while adding value to cross-functional teams
  • Proven leadership and an ability to work within a project team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of at least one of the following open-source programming languages and proven ability to pick up new languages quickly: Python, R, SQL, Spark/PySpark
  • Ability to travel (post-pandemic)

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Adaptive Insights (1-2 years)
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting and/or MIS. MBA and/or CPA are a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic financial management and reporting practices.
  • Ability to travel.

  • Gather and define business requirements by interacting with project stakeholders
  • Contribute to solution build, test, and deployment activities
  • Troubleshoot and support solutions after implementation
  • Candidate will be expected to be involved in the full lifecycle of data and analytics implementations
  • Contribute to the development and growth of eCapital Advisor’s Analytics practice through leadership, teaching, and publishing training content
  • Prepare appropriate end-user and technical documentation
  • Position requires travel

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT, IS, Computer Science or Finance or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
    • Data Warehousing
    • Data Management
    • Data Engineering
    • Data Modeling
    • SQL
    • Analytics (Ex. Cognos Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Domo, etc.)
  • A strong desire to learn new skills and technologies
  • Strong interpersonal, communicative and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment or solo capacity
  • Must possess a strong desire to work hands-on developing analytics and reporting solutions across a range of industries and functional disciplines
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
