Responsibilities:

  • Complete semi-monthly customer invoicing (includes setting up projects in NetSuite, generating invoices, sending for internal approval, and distributing to customers)
  • Send past due invoice notices
  • Record and apply customer payments
  • Enter vendor invoices and prepare weekly payables report
  • Review employee expense reports
  • Assist with month-end close process, including bank, credit card, and account reconciliations and journal entries
  • Update Wage Theft Forms for all full-time employees after performance reviews annually and on an as needed basis throughout the year

Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience working in accounting and/or finance
  • Exposure to ERP systems, specifically NetSuite
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Qualifications:

  • Projected 2021 or 2022 graduate with bachelor’s degree preferably in Statistics, Data Science, MIS, Computer Science, Finance or Accounting
  • Knowledge of basic financial management and reporting practices.

  • Collaborate with other eCapital Data Science consultants to collectively implement innovative solutions for customers
  • Participate in business requirements meetings with executive sponsors and business leaders
  • Assist with the development of project plans and provide project management with project status updates
  • Participate in the design and development of Business Analytics and/or Data Science Solutions
  • Identify and develop required data interfaces with existing G/L, ERP, and other source systems

Position Overview:

The Marketing Director is responsible for leading and contributing to projects that drive revenue growth. This person will manage marketing efforts for brand position and awareness. This person will manage lead generation, website development and content curation/creation and sales collateral.

The Marketing Director represents the voice of the customer.  At the core is the knowledge we gain from speaking to our customers to understand their needs, how our solutions benefit them and the reasons they buy. It flourishes with the creative arts of developing effective copywriting and visual design. This “organizational knowledge” of our customer puts the strategic marketer in the driver’s seat

Responsibilities:

  • Interprets company goals and architects the brand strategy and management to ensure brand consistency and alignment of business objectives across all platforms.
  • Lead the development of our marketing strategy for new and existing solutions. Together with solution offering owners, educate both internal and external stakeholders about our solution features and benefits.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns to align our marketing channels to generate awareness, engagement, around a single message and goal.
  • Lead Marketing internal / external resources: Designer, Copywriter, Marketing Ops, and others as needed.
  • Create and curate content ensuring the stories remain consistent and make sense to the audience(s) that represents the brand. Find ways to repurpose content for different mediums.
  • Bring content to life through vibrant visuals and smart design for everything from ad layouts to social media graphics and even designing videos.
  • Develop and manage lead generation initiatives to engage with current and prospective clients.
  • Work closely with the company’s sales team, enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing appropriate tools, materials, and presentations.
  • Own internal and external events including vendor technology conferences, eCapital sponsored events, user group meeting, webinars, and various internal events.
  • Work closely with offering owners and delivery leadership team to create content and marketing materials that engage, educate and nurtures prospects and current customers to supports marketing goals.
  • Manage our WordPress website/hosting, which includes posting/editing blogs, updating content and developing new content as needed.
  • Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, specifically LinkedIn strategy and execution, leveraging modern marketing assets and tools.
  • Deliver marketing updates to Partners including website traffic, marketing driven leads, SEO results and monthly digital marketing report.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA Degree in Marketing or related field with 5+ years of marketing experience
  • B2B (Business to Business) marketing experience
  • Extensive experience with inbound marketing (content marketing, blogs, events, SEO, social media and more) to create brand awareness and attract new business
  • Experience working in a consultative, technology-based environment
  • Demonstrated proficiencies in Microsoft Office, Pardot, WordPress, Mail Chimp, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud and various social media platforms
  • Ability to successfully handle multiple work streams across multiple engagements, while maintaining composure and professionalism to meet tight deadlines and shifting priorities
