After COVID-19, the Visiting Nurse Association of Northern New Jersey (VNA) was months behind on mandatory compliance records. Backlogged, the home care and hospice services organization sought relief from a tedious entry process that diminished employee morale and impeded operations.
Over a few weeks, eCapital Advisors assessed VNA’s needs, introduced automation, and created a new process alongside an internal IT champion. The team developed and deployed a custom application programmed to perform required tasks.
